I would have liked more options and consulting to compare 15, 20 and 30 year products. I was told the rates for all 3 were the same which just doesn't seem right since other companies have more competitive rates for shorter terms. My agent was nice, but they didn't do any consulting to help me get the best rate or product for my needs.
