Rich had incredible knowledge of the more than just the financial side of the process. Since we intend to use this house for a rental property, Rich was able to provide some insight that we may not have considered otherwise. He was also able to help us navigate the different finance options that would benefit us the most. We'd like this to be the first of multiple properties and Rich directed us in a way to decrease the amount of time to get to the next property.
